What are the WorkL Workplace Awards 2021?
The WorkL Workplace Awards 2021, supported by The Daily Telegraph, recognises organisations who have achieved high levels of employee engagement over the past year.

What is the process?
WorkL asks employees via a survey to rank a range of aspects about their job, employer and workplace, to deliver an overall engagement score at work. It covers the environment they work in and how well they get on with the line manager to how well they are being developed and how strong their sense of purpose and pride is. 

How can I enter?
Employees can enter their organisation by taking a free staff survey here. It takes just minutes to complete, is anonymous and individuals will instantly receive their engagement score and a range of insightful matrices that outline and compare them to others.

How are the winners decided?
Every organisation with an average workplace satisfaction score of more than 60pc on Friday 15 October will be a WorkL Workplace Awards 2021 finalist. 

Winners will be awarded gold, silver and bronze status.

The awards will also recognise the following: 

  • Industry star: the top performers across 26 industry categories
  • Most inclusive: covering sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender and disability
  • Best in well-being
  • Most engaged employees

When is the cut-off date for entries?
23.59 on Friday 15 October

How many employees should I get to complete the survey?
As many as possible.

When will the awards be announced? 
The winners will be announced on Tuesday 26 October, during an event hosted at The Daily Telegraph’s offices in London.
