The Indian Air Force is flying 168 passengers, including 107 Indians, to Delhi from Kabul. Separately, Air India and IndiGo flights carrying Indians evacuated from Kabul landed in Delhi from Tajikistan’s capital Dushanbe and Qatar’s Doha this morning..


India is allowed to operate two flights per day from Kabul to evacuate its nationals in Afghanistan, news agency ANI reported quoting government sources. A spokesperson for India’s ministry of external affairs tweeted pictures of the evacuation.

The Russian ambassador in Kabul has said the Taliban have asked his embassy to convey their offer of a deal to a remaining pro-government holdout in northern Afghanistan, the AP reported.
